Niwa rooms have a small garden. Yukimi shoji screens, which are designed to open vertically in order to watch snow as it accumulates on the ground, enable the garden view to be enjoyed from every point in the room. A sofa at the foot of the bed functions as a place to recline, substituting the engawa of traditional ryokans. The granite floors feel cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Sora-suzumi are two story rooms with 2 Twin beds on the ground floor, and a tatami room above on the 2nd floor. The tatami room boasts a center table with recessed floor (horigotatsu).
